Our Royal Mail Standard tracked 24hr delivery covers up to £100 insurance on the contents of your package. All orders up to the value of £100 are covered by our standard postage.
For larger orders we offer a postage upgrade. There is no obligation to take this upgrade, however in the event of loss or damage, orders will then be covered up to the value of £500.
Unfortunately, due to the rise in shipping costs and change in insurance cover, we have implemented this optional postage upgrade. In the event of loss or damage Tinyfox would not be liable for any orders over the value of the standard Royal Mail insurance and the customer would be liable for any shortfall to replace.
*Our standard Royal Mail tracked 24 will cover up to £100. (Currently we change 7.95 for this service – added by default in cart/checkout).
We advise where required to select the postage upgrade, to make sure your items are fully insured.
