Tinyfox Delivery FAQs

Delivery Information: We are located and ship from Worcester, Worcestershire. UK
We currently as standard only ship to UK mainland addresses.

If you require an international delivery, please contact us prior to ordering as delivery times and cost vary.

Delivery Costs

Your shipping will be charged at the cost for the most expensive item in your basket. When ordering multiple items, dependent on size and weight this may be sent in multiple parcels

Standard flat rate shipping £7.95

How long does it take to process?

  • We get to work on your designs straight away and email a proof over within 3 working days, you can then make any alterations. Once you’re 100% happy we will get them sent to print.
  • We aim to deliver your stationery to you within 7 working days after you have confirmed you are happy with all proofs.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details, if you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter, or contact us for confirmation.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided, we will contact to rearrange delivery.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We are unable to make changes to your order once your items have been shipped.

How do I check the status of my delivery?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. You will then receive tracking updates via Royal Mail.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you. Please note during festive periods delivery from the carrier may take longer.

Where do you ship?

  • We currently only deliver to UK mainland addresses.
  • However, we can ship internationally upon request, but keep in mind that it is rather expensive to ship internationally. Please be aware that you are liable for paying all brokerage, duties and taxies associated with international shipping.

Can I deliver to an alternative address?

  • Yes, you can. When purchasing please select to deliver to an alternative address.

Delivery and Returns

  • We do not accept returns of personalised stationery unless damaged.
  • If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution either a reimbursement or re-order.
