Due to an unprecedented volume of orders and enquiries, we are currently extending our turnaround times to ensure we can continue to maintain the quality and attention to detail that goes into every order we produce.
Our updated turnaround times are now as follows:
• Proofs: up to 5 working days
• Production: up to 12 working days from proof approval
If you require your order urgently, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate your required timescales.
We will always do our best to consider rush orders where possible, however please note that accepted priority orders will incur a £100 rush fee per order.
We would also kindly ask customers not to chase proofs, dispatch dates or delivery updates while their order remains within the stated turnaround times above. If there are any issues, delays or queries relating to your order, we will always contact you proactively as soon as possible.
